Why has this never been done?

Anyone who has watched a few Portland Trailblazers games knows that Mike Rice has become a Portland legend with his steady stream of bold, outlandish, hilarious, and generally absurd comments.  This blog is dedicated to compiling these quotes.  If you have any to contribute, let me know and it'll get posted up!
